Shipping Policy
DOMESTIC SHIPPING-
Domestic customers, at their expense, agrees to pay all shipping and mandatory full-value insurance costs. The shipping costs reflected in "Check-Out" or on the final invoice is for USPS basic service (Ground Advantage). The customer is required to pay, at their expense, a shipping service upgrade from USPS Ground Advantage with full-value shipping insurance.
Catalin Store will not modify, change or alter the shipping label application information for any reason.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING-
International customers, at their expense, agrees to pay all shipping and mandatory full-value insurance costs. The shipping charge reflected in "Check-Out" or on an final invoice is for USPS basic international shipping. The International customer may request, at their expense, a shipping service upgrade to USPS International Priority Mail and mandatory full-value shipping insurance.
Catalin Store will not modify, change or alter the shipping label application information for any reason.
RESPONSIBILITIES-
In the event a customer sustains a financial and/or any other type loss due to shipping damage, and/or lost or stolen shipments, it is the customer's sole responsibility to file the shipping insurance claim and subsequent follow-up action. Catalin Store, et al. has no responsibility or independent duty to act in anyway on behalf of customer on matters relating to shipping insurance.
INDEMNIFICATION-
The Customer agrees to fully indemnify, defend and hold harmless Catalin Store, its owner and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, made in connection the packing process, shipping damage and/or lost or stolen shipments.
